Elliot Tupac x Recoat x Syrkus

In May 2015 Elliot Tupac, a world famous Peruvian artist travelled to the UK to take part in various mural projects and exhibitions. While in Glasgow he exhibited a beautiful exhibition at South Block and collaborated with us on a mural at a local school in Springburn. Elliot's text translates as 'Education with no boundaries- Working Together' and Syrkus painted a series of women from different cultures carrying objects to create a simple meal together. The mural celebrates the multi-cultural community that makes up the school and how hard everyone is working there to make it a success.
We're really proud of this project and how the mural worked as a whole. See all the photos here.

FiST x Recoat- Old Wynd Mural

In May 2015 we were commissioned by Glasgow City Council Regeneration Department to create a mural on the wall of McDonald's Bakery on Old Wynd just off Trongate in Glasgow.
We selected and collaborated with the hugely talented FiST on this large scale mural. We tried to create 'another world', something transformative and dreamy.
You can view all of the photos from the project here.

Velodrome mural

The mural we painted at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome for the Glasgow 2014  Commonwealth Games. Was such an honour to do this commission. We painted this one with brush and acrylic on scaffold through the nights leading up to the games. It was a serious challenge but probably one of our favourite murals we've ever painted!
